No. It actually depletes, since for every day that passes that you don't visit it, yes, even if you can't visit it yet, decreases an internal counter. You can only increase it by visiting it daily, and connecting with other people, which is also how you get more people to visit it. Anyone that isn't Lyn that gets to 0 HP in Lyn's mode doesn't die, but instead is removed from the battles until they reappear in ENM/EHM/HNM/HHM. She's getting an A support with Ninian.
