Also, I won despite my teammates doing stupid stuff (Mitsuru using Marin Karin and not knowing Bufulao, Akihiko being weak to Wind but I can't hate him for that, and Yukari attacking despite me putting her to "Heal/Support" there was absolutely no excuse for that), and them dying. That's where a good chunk of the difficulty comes from. Although I'm reminded of that one comic strip where protag asks Mitsuru to heal him and she's like "MARINFUCKINGKARIN".
