Easiest: Battle Preparations, hands down. Hardest: Battle Before Dawn. My word, that chapter has made me rage so many times it's not even funny. And I'm seconding Soul's nomination. (You have to free your captured units while dealing with endless reinforcements, making sure the prisoners escape safely, get all your items back, tank against an army of armors, and make sure everyone escapes before Leaf. At this point you can't take any shortcuts like Warpskipping. When it's a luck-based mission to even GET to the THREE PEOPLE you want to protect (well, 2 out of 3, is usually safe outside of Ursula Bolting her), you are in for a living nightmare. Also really difficult in general even with the previous point discounted. Easiest: FE8 FE7 Prologue, LNM. You have to use GLITCHES to lose on NM, and iit's still a joke on HM.
