I want to expand the amount of supports a person has for FE8

What the title says, When I open up the Support Point editor for FE8, it lets me specify the number of supported characters, however this doesn't expand the number of slots for supported characters.

I'm going to take a guess, let me know how close I am to getting it. Since this is looking up support data in the game, this means it's a set table, meaning if I wanted to expand the amount of support slots for each character, that means Re-Pointing the support table and expanding it so it wont override anything. And nothing, theoretically should stop me from having a character with 13 support options.

Question the Second, is their anyway to advance the number of supports a character can have max, while not letting them get Multiple A's? I'm going to guess no, but I have to ask

For question 1 that should be the case, in most tables you get 255 entries so repoint and expand oughtta work ('cept with weapon icons for some bizarre reason)

For question 2, ASM

Unless you plan on getting rid of support conversations and are implementing an auto support system, you don't want to give a character more than 7 supports, unless you really enjoy writing. Also, in this case, I think that would require ASM hacking, since you'd also have to deal with fixing the graphics found in the in game support guide like the one found below:

Well I'm hacking FE6 into FE8 so I need more than 7 at least for Roy and Lilina, then I need 13 for both because I'm adding new supports. And the writing side doesn't bug me at all. Nor does breaking the Support Library since it's not apart of the Core Game experience
