Othin Posted April 21, 2012 Share Posted April 21, 2012 (edited) This game is primarily set in Archanea, and proceeds to Valencia. The two continents have been renamed as Iris and Varm, respectively, but they're still the same places. So it's likely that the Fire Emblem is the same one as in FE1/3: the base for the Shield of Seals. The Shield of Seals is pictured somewhere, I think in the opening, but I don't know of any indication that it ever appears otherwise in the game or has any impact on the story. I think Emelina's guarding it or something... because after chapter 6 is done, the part when Lucina and Krom talks when she's still 'Marth' despite her true gender being revealed, she mentions the Fire Emblem by its Japanese kanji name.
