PuffPuff
Dat Rules (borrowed/stolen from Integrity) - Ratings are assumed to be on Normal. - Votes need some explanation regarding their gameplay performance to be counted. If somebody has already given good reason for a score +/- half a point from yours, you can decide not to explain your score, but I always encourage personal reasoning. Incredibly low scores or high scores without proper justification will not be counted. Don't put in some random text thinking it'd count as justification. Put in at least a little thought and give REAL reasoning. +/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is encouraged, but no more. If you exercise your bias privileges, please do so explicitly. Also, if your vote is already a 10/10 or greater than 9 and you give a full point of bias, The score may not exceed 10! - Numerical votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Make it easy to calculate for my sake. - Every ranking phase ends from 2100 to 2200 EST. Every ranking phase starts from 2200 EST to 2300 EST. Do the math if you are in another timezone! - I will insist you do not use the "Not X" reason on any character, where X is another unit. If you do, your vote will be thrown out. - "Recruits X" or "takes you to X chapter" arguments are explicitly banned. C'mon, people, this shouldn't need to be a rule. That's not gameplay performance. - Assume that the character in question is being recruited. - Similar to the "Recruits X" rule, do not use "He Comes with a Free Weapon" as an argument. - I withhold the privilege to tell you your rating is bogus and demand you revise it if it breaks any of the above. I will not throw out votes anonymously, you will be informed and given a chance to revise. Robin: 4.45 Grey: 6.85 Ruka: 7.89 Cliff: 8.31 Silk: 8.47 Alm: 9.59 Has lower Defenses than any other Peg Knight in the game. Should get the Wooden Shield early in the game since she's a little behind everyone else upon her joining time and that it will be tough to train her. Only flier Alm will get, so train her with care and you will have a good flier. 8/10 Edited June 19, 2012 by アイネ
Quirino
Only pegasus on Alm's team and worst in game. She also lacks the typical pegasus speed stat. I found out she did have some speed problems later on even with a holy lance equipped. She will be pretty much a pain to level up till promotion, after that she'll shine. But getting her there took me a lot of effort. 6.5/10 since she flies and falcoknight is insanely useful against monsters, but otherwise it's just not really worth leveling her up: it's a pain. She will never be among the best units and the other three pegasus knights will all be better.
Mekkah
You can't go wrong with wings. Has unique utility for a long time. 9/
Byte2222
Claire (or Clea, depending which translation you go by) is, of course, Alm's team's only flier. She's the worst Pegasus Knight in the game mostly by virtue of not being as good as Palla or Catria. She does have issues, mostly her Hp, strength and defence and Gaiden's a game that punishes low durability. She's probably the unit who gets the most from promotion, by the time she's ready to promote you'll be desperate for some power. When she's got it she's actually a very valuable asset, not least because her skill, speed and luck are good, and she even has her uses before promotion but her time in first tier is likely to be less rewarding. 6.0/10, a very slow start but when promoted is an especially valuable asset. Edit: actually, can I request that we use the names from the most recent translation patch instead of the older ones used on the site? Edit2: I was a bit harsh with my score, make that 6.5/10 like the others Edited June 19, 2012 by Byte2222
Mikado
Too bad there's not that many monsters in Alm's route till endgame, but beyond that and with the help of the Angel ring and Lances, she's a great unit. 9/10(8/10 with +bias)

Psych
You'd miss out on the triangle attack, but no one really cares about that, but can't you just kill one of the Peg sisters and then just revive them on Alm's team?

I think you can't revive units on the other team than they were originally in, but I'm not sure. And I do care about the triangle attack. I don't do repeated battles (so my characters are mostly relatively weak), so the triangle attack was quite often very useful for dealing with the strongest opponents (like Judah). And it was very useful for training Est.
