nflchamp Posted September 13, 2012 Share Posted September 13, 2012 I think this is something we already account for while ranking units, but isn't really defined. Utility is the major factor in determining ranks. The more a unit has the higher ranked it is. However there are also things determine how much a unit's utility actually matters. For example, FE10 Edward doesn't get full credit for his utility in 1-P because you practically have to use him. Requiring a spot or being free would seem to fall into this category as well. I feel that this is a percentage change to the utility already obtained, not adding or subtracting some other utility to it. Again, I feel this is something that already happens but just needs defining. It comes from a discussion with smash that neutral utility is not equal to mid tier. Thoughts?
