I was always under the impression that she is 19, but I didn't bother to look for evidence for that. Well, now I have. In her C support conversation with Donnel, it is revealed that she first met Minerva when she was 9. Her A support with Vaike revealed tat this happened 10 years ago. So that makes 19.
