Randa
No idea when cartridges will be out. Pleas post number of blocks it requires.
sumerian99
The Awakening has begun. Let Fire Emblem ascend to Godhood.
MrNugent
It takes 8579 blocks.

Diortem
Alright everyone, enjoy your copies! While I go sulk over having to wait until Friday :( And, with this, Fire Emblem Awakening begins heading towards the mainstream.
IkeandMia
As an aside, does anyone else find it dumb Nintendo still refers to their memory as "blocks" instead of just using actual MB/GB denotations?
Big Daddv
As an aside, does anyone else find it dumb Nintendo still refers to their memory as "blocks" instead of just using actual MB/GB denotations? Yes. I thought was dumb back when I got a Gamecube.
Sw3Et
And, with this, Fire Emblem Awakening begins heading towards the mainstream. Hopefully it becomes as popular as Mario and Nintendo makes like 10 different games a year
aizen07
I hope it becomes popular too, but hopefully they don't lose quality if they are making multiple games a year.
Prax
I am pretty sure they won't be making multiple FEs a year. They don't even make multiples of their main franchises a year. Seems to be 1-2 max a generation of hardware if anything. We'll be lucky if the next FE even comes out in 2014 (and then translated for Western countries in 2015 -- SMT spinoff/crossover nonwithstanding). Randa
It's almost impossible for IS to make multiples a year the amount of work that goes into each FE game is probably ten times what goes into mario.
SphericalCrusher
I guess I'm sort of a physical copy collector, although I am running out of space due to all the games I have for 3DS, but I preordered this game and I'm about to run to GameStop to pick it up shortly. Very excited. How is it so far, from the ones that downloaded and are playing it?
BlueLeafeon
Alright everyone, enjoy your copies! While I go sulk over having to wait until Friday :( Shall we sulk together? They say misery loves company.
Randa
Well I'm in the worst spot i have a disposable credit card ready when this whole thing started to go down but of course it was an American Express so Nintendo refuses to accept it. ShyGuy417
It is exactly $40 right? So I should only have to buy 2 $20 3DS cards?
Wheels
As long as your state has no tax
Randa
what I did was I bought a disposable credit card started with only fifty dollars and was going to refill it for the DLC. But if all you want is the game then yes get two cards.
ShyGuy417
Thanks guys. Ok off to buy 3DS money because I really can't wait until whenever my GameStop preorder decides to show up. If they could give me a definitive answer then maybe I wouldn't be so crazy as to buy two versions of the game. Friday is too far away. Randa
At least you can afford to buy two copies. I need money because I'm going to Florida in a couple weeks so I can't buy both arg.
aizen07
Was planning to cancel my preorder, but realized that the credit card I used to pay for it no longer works since I'm getting a new one...
