Xeph
The first couple i did were pretty easy but now it is at a point where I am immensely underleveled. I'm only on Chapter 15 in hard mode.
Othin
They're all over the place. Just go for them when you're ready.
Psych
I had Noire, Owain (But I couldn't access it), Kjelle, Laurent, and Morgan's open when they first opened. I could do pretty much all of them, but Morgan and Laurent had a few tough enemies, Morgan's having more. Noire's had some pretty insane promoted enemies for that point, even on Normal, and I had to mainly turtle and Rescue her and just let Sariya Nosfertank with her husband. This actually brings up a question I came across in Chapter 9. Is there still a way to "rescue" units, be they NPC/Ally or your own units? It seems like the only option is to pair up, but sometimes I want to send a Pegasus Knight/Cavalier in to save a healer, but the only option it gives me is to pair up. That doesn't do what I want, since it still leaves the healer in control (or in the case of the NPC, doesn't give me any option).

You can't with units but the Rescue Staff sort of has a similar role in "saving" units. For example a good way to recruit Libra in chapter 9 is to have Miriel or Richt(to increase Lissa's Magic and thus Staff range) pair with Lissa, have Lissa use the Rescue Staff on Libra and on the Ally phase Libra will walk to Chrom and gets recruited.
