You just need to make a cartridge that the system will read. But that's risky. Firmware update would block it. And Datel wouldn't release a product that can be easily invalidated through a firmware update. Unless they implemented a way to update it without it being inserted into the 3DS. The only type of codes that could ever be worth it are ones that boost the enemies or Alter their AI to be smarter and less suicidal... Yeah this game is very easy to exploit you need no cheats... That's because it is. I do have one so I speak from experience. If there ever is an Action Replay for the 3DS it'll probably be a save hacker like the Game Genie on PS3.
