It is not on the SD card. 3DS game memory is stored in the game cartridge. The memory related to the DLC (minimum turns) may possibly be stored on the SD card though. Just call me AL
/\ Save files are stored on the SD card if a soft copy is used. I'm pretty sure this topic was made with that in mind.

In that case good luck figuring out what the names of the files and folders correspond to. I've looked on that thing and they definitely don't want you tampering with that. shadowofchaos
If you have the digital copy, just backup your entire SD card. That's because we don't know which files actually do contain which when it's encrypted to your 3DS's eShop account. Unless you figure it out yourself. Lord Raven
I can try backing it up, then fiddling around. That's for tomorrow. I'll let you know what I figure out. Thanks! /\ Save files are stored on the SD card if a soft copy is used. I'm pretty sure this topic was made with that in mind. It wasn't, but thanks for assuming I'm smarter than I am hahahaha Edited March 20, 2013 by Lord Raven
nocturnal YL
On figuring out folder/game relation, note that looking at the "date modified" metadata of the filesystem will not get you anywhere. Once you do find out, please share the folder path with us. The path to a game's save data is the same across all 3DS units (of the same region, I pursume).
