Skill Activation + Bonus Stats

My Inigo capped his Luck stat at 46 with the Dread Fighter class. As you all probably know, Armsthrift has an activation of Luck x2 making the base rate of activation 92% for him. Now, if he has Luck+4 equipped, when is that calculated? Does it add the 4 to the 46 before it multiplies by 2, or does it multiply first then add the 4? Either way, it's a high rate of activation between 96 and 100, but it's more for curiosity's sake that I would like to know/

It'd be 100.

Armshift counts all bonuses that you have.

(46+4)*2=100

meaning that Inigo has Infinite weapon shenanigans.

But a pair up should give you enough Luck so you don't need to waste a skill slot.

Also NEVER let him inherit Luck+4 over Galeforce.

Alright, so it adds it in before multiplying, that's what I was wondering thanks!

And sadly, it's a bit too late to give him Galeforce :/ I sped through the game at first without really looking up mechanics--story short, I didn't know how inheritance worked. I'll be sure to do so next playthrough though.
