Stacking Effects

If you have the skill Astra and the bow Astra or the skill Luna and lance Luna, will the effects stack and double your chances of the skill activating or does it only do one check for Luna/Astra/Sol?

The weapon are there to 'grant' skills, you don't have two Astra by having 1 Astra weapon and 1 skill form.

FYI: All proc effect doesn't stack also, the one with lowest proc check first. e.g. Vengeance, Aether, Astra => If Aether proc, the rest won't, if not, Astra, then lastly Vengeance.
