Yeah I'm getting it now everytime I didn't realize that you had to hold down b while doing forward forward. For that matter I'm getting the powered up shoryuken now by doing the z motion zero mentioned. The inputs actually make more sense if you go to Ryu's custom screen and they show the circle motion by his special moves like in Street Fighter that you make instead of every singular input.

That Sakanatsu is still trickey though.

What is it post-DLC? If there is a list like that anyway.

None yet.

Does that include the patch updates?

this is pre Roy/Lucas/Ryu patch in general.

still not sure what you're trying to say, unless it's simply that "in an ike ditto, what decides the winner is player skill"

Assuming it's "lol I beat an Ike 1v1 in 30 sec he sux y'all are silly for thinking he's gotten much better" -

I beat 3 people using Ike today in For Glory, each twice in a row, using: Villager, Mario, and Captain Falcon.

Didn't Roy have some similar thing in Melee on Jiggs with his up B?

yes. it also worked on other light characters like mewtwo, g&w, and (probably) pichu.
