Editing Staff Exp

I know that staff exp is linked to the cost of the staff. I want to know is how do i edit a heal staff from 11 exp to 20 exp without altering the cost. I know in blazer's hack that heal staffs cost 600 gold and yet they gain 20 exp per heal.

if you apply feditor's autopatches (ie open the game with feditor and save) you can use the nightmare module
