Rainbow Skittles
ana, at what point are you in the story?
Anacybele
Chapter 16, but I'm trying to recruit more children and do a couple other things before continuing the main story.
Sunwoo
And guess who ended up saving my butt multiple times? FREDERICK! Yes, Frederick! Kelli would have actually been KILLED if her man hadn't protected her! Frederick is a REAL knight in shining armor now! I LOVE YOU, FREDDY BEAR! By that logic my Miriel must also be a real knight in shining armor. [spoiler=Relevant Part]"The most awesome thing happened while fighting against Masked Marth. Miriel jumped in front of Robin and blocked him from a hit that would have certainly left him dead. AWESOME!" In all seriousness, I've found that you can get through a lot of these DLC maps with only a few units if they are properly overleveled. So I'd suggest grinding your characters a lot and focusing on the ones you know you want to use.
Anacybele
But Miriel can't reclass to an armored knight class. XP And this is for normal mode, right? Thanks. :)
Sunwoo
But Miriel can't reclass to an armored knight class. XP And this is for normal mode, right? Thanks. :) But she still guarded her future spouse from certain death, that's apparently what made Frederick a real knight in shining armor And yeah, normal mode. In normal mode you can trivialize a lot of the DLC and the later maps by focusing on a number of characters you will use the entire way through (I usually use 10-14) and leveling them up as much as you can. shadykid
you should finish the main story first
Anacybele
But I'm having so much fun playing with my Dread Fighter Frederick and stuuuuuff. Frederick might not do much damage with magic, but I'm not making him use it. There's no point when I'm going to put him back in Great Knight eventually... lol But I love him in this class. He actually looks even sexier in that outfit. o.o And doing those flips with a sword! Maaan, this class is so cool. And I thought it was great when I saw Alm in action in Lost Bloodlines! Faye
Why are you trying Lost Bloodlines if you're only at Chapter 16? D: I'd recommend getting a bit further into the story and training your men a bit more before trying the harder DLCs. And try level-grinding, too. If you're on Normal, though, it shouldn't be THAT hard.
Anacybele
I explained why in the OP. And yes that's exactly what I'm doing. XP
