I did it like this: -Start with a pair of opposite-gender babies who evolve into a Pokemon with 2 Egg Groups, like Togepi or Azurill. Baby Pokemon automatically have 3 perfect IVs, so they're a great starting point. -Evolve the babies so that they can breed together, then use the Destiny Knot to breed them until you get a 4 or 5 IV child (depending on the IV spread of the parents) -If only 4 IV, switch the child with the same gender parent and breed for a 5 IV male. -Use Friend Safari and a male Cute Charmer to find a female of a Pokemon you want who shares an Egg Group with the 5 IV male and has a third Egg groups. -Repeat the breeding just like before until you get a 5 IV male of the Pokemon from the FS. -Repeat for a different line, adding a new Egg Groups each time. It also helps to have different Pokemon with different IV spreads. I've bred a male 5 IV (-SpAtk) Adamant Dratini and a 5 IV (-Atk) Modest Dratini to cover physical and special sweepers in the Water 1 or Dragon Egg group.
