Guy's pretty good and I buffed his growths since Phobia's LP. Only like 10% in DEF and STR, but that can be substantial. Tweaked matthew since Phobia's LP, lowered his STR and increased SPD/SKL. Rebecca has also been tweaked, she isn't complete garbage anymore and a zerker-only run with her, lyn, louise, and I think one other guy is doable. (Can't remember if there was a fourth zerker but I feel like there is) The fact all the zerkers are female is intentional, as every time I play manriklass I find myself smiling at Manrika. Ironically my worst starting unit is Eliwood, who ends up becoming the best unit in the game bar none. Seriously, look at this shit. starting move is always the most important I FUCKING HATE YOU lowered Hector's speed by 2 points but increased STR and DEF by 2 as well since phobia's lp thank god for Cleanup OsWHOMP I'm going to actually be using Heath to endgame, just to see how viable he is. Draco Posted August 26, 2014 Share Posted August 26, 2014 The earlier in the game you go, the less growths are changed. Later characters are altered somewhat but not moreso than they were in vanilla. A fast, low-str character will be even faster with lower STR, for example. Since it's fixed LCK, if a character had 40% or higher LCK growths, I subtracted that and added the remaining % into the other notable stat growths. Serra, for example, had like 60% LCK and 20% of that went to speed, with the remaining 40% spread around fairly evenly. I mainly buff growths that were already good though, to emphasize a character's strengths. I thought this was a pretty cool thing to do. The LCK thing. When/If I play this, I'm very definitely using Serra. Sucks that people like Lucius won't benefit much from it, though. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Bartre only has one nice thing, which is his ability to recruit Karla. Pretty sure a base Bartre who has a slim sword and a Emblem Seal can still survive a round of combat with her, so still no incentive to level him up. Edit: LOL just realized this was my LP topic and not the romhacking topic. I will be discontinuing this LP since in the distant future I'll be LPing chaos mode on my channel.
