Unfortunately, all the links to download the patch were on megaupload, which for obvious reasons, is bad. I've found this as well, if it helps. http://hi.baidu.com/kamming/item/2233e50c0b2bcb1aeafe3866 Do you have the patched rom? because creating a new patch is really easy if you have a patched and unpatched rom (any unopatched rom will do, it tecnecaly dosn't have to even be a fire emblem game, as long as you tell us which rom you used.)
