I got the shortcut to the patches, using the configure and all, but it's done nothing.

do you have the version of DirectX you need.

or maybe you haven't renamed the file folder thing to the game.

I don't know why it isn't working. It said the DDC I download was old or something, so I downloaded the update, but that came in an .OLD format or something.

I really suck at this sort of thing. I might just play it in Japanese, this is annoying the fuck out of me.
