I finally get HRtP's story.

A youkai has destroyed the Hakurei Shrine. Reimu thinks it must have been a youkai from Makai or Hell. So she enters Makai or Hell to beat up some youkai.

She exchanges no words with them (that's why there's no in-game dialogue), she just beats them up.

And then the fifth game comes around and she beats up shiki for letting the demons from Makai enter gensokyo for vacation.

The fun thing is that Reimu doesn't even know who destroyed the shrine.

Could have been Konngara. Could have been Sariel. Could have been someone who isn't even in the game.

I think the demons from Makai aren't allowed to leave Makai. Hence why they're sealed away in Makai and all.

So in the case of MS, I blame SinGyoku for not doing their job properly.

Other person: Hey, there's a flower incident, you're a flower youkai, are you responsible for the incident?

Yuuka: And what if I am?

Other person: I'll have to beat you up to resolve the incident

Yuuka: ...sure, let's go with that

<Yuuka wrecks the other person>

This is true though. She was responsible for the incident, but she didn't actively go out of her way to beat people up. She stayed in the mansion until Reimu/Marisa arrived.

She wanted to beat people up and she was hoping she would find stronger opponents in Makai. So yeah, /sadism

still better than reimu. At least she doesn't beat up people like 20 times for varying moral reasons so *shrug*
