I believe there is a Buying_Stuff page on one of the touhou wikis that seems like it is probably the most helpful resource, off the top of my head. Pretty sure it's all physical imports, but maybe Zun's got an agreement with one of the digital distribution sites that some doujin makers collaborate with. I know BR has hefty import taxes and stuff, so I'm not sure how to help you get around that. I might do a little more digging for you.
