Original Alear
I had a lot of problems with men Aleph as well. Toughest. It and ouroboros were the challenging bosses for me. Oh, and the first boss of the game. I beat it with two password demons and Huang long.
Esme
I never beat SJ. I got to Morax and quit because I couldn't stand playing it on the computer. I'm seriously considering getting a physical copy of the game so I can play it on my 3DS. Edited March 2, 2015 by Esme
Esme
Yeah I knew if I got it on an emulator, I would just quit. Playing a game like smt sj must have killed the experience. They sell physical copies on amazon, and I've played it all on my 3DS. If you ever want to try it again. Hell yeah! I'm saving up for it. Esme
I'm a neutral guy myself. The angels tend to be my favorite demons design-wise, though.
Esme
They sure do, but I really don't mind grinding. It's not a big deal to me.
Momentai~
Which one are you talking about? Here's the funny thing though: there are no satisfying endings in SMT Either route you pick, the worlds getting screwed over. Some are worse than others though, but that's for you to decide Spoilers! The one about returning the world to nothing. (if this is answered with 'which one' again I will not be pleased) I wanted to run around with the crazy guy Walter but the game stuck me with nice Isabeau instead. Is this game an extension of my mother's will?
Esme
Yeah, that ending is pretty much the "I-want-to-go-NG+-already" ending. Is this game an extension of my mother's will? Oh, man, that made me laugh. It is.
Esme
Good luck with SMT2. I hear the story is really tragic.
Esme
Well it is an old game, so that's to be expected. You can do it, man! If you can get past that teleporting maze in Sector Eridanus than SURELY you can beat SMT2.

Original Alear
See which one of us can last longer in smt sj before going hollow. I give you until Grus. Hollow?I beat SJ without gfaqs maps, but I believe I did consult a guide for help with sidequests...also, I never tried postgame.

Original Alear
I tried playing a bit of SMT2, but I got stuck early on with just figuring out where I was supposed to go and do stuff.
