Captain Karnage
To me this sounds like you're experiencing a lot of the stress other freshmen go through. I'm not sure if this is helpful to you but this helped me get through my first semester. The first piece of advice I could give is to find away to blow off some steam. I would recommend finding some people to work out with in your college's gym. If that's not an option I would say try to find a cross-fit gym that isn't very expensive. Working out really helped out with my stress and helped me keep a clear head. My last piece of advice would be to seek out anti-anxiety medication. If a lot of stress stems from test taking I would recommend taking some if your doctor says it won't interfere with your other medications. Phoenix Wright
Huh...well, I'm not sure if my university does that, but I will definitely ask them. Thank you. even if you can't take an incomplete, standard withdrawals (W grade) should be possible at any university and have their own deadlines (at my school the dropping/adding of classes deadline is week 3, and the withdrawal deadline is week 6), with medical withdrawals possible at any point. of course, you'd halt your progress, but it's better than getting an F and retaking, especially if you have a good reason.
