The Geek
I have an uncle named Geoffrey, and everyone pronounces his name "Jeffrey" so that's what I go with.
Loki Laufeyson
"Geoffrey" could be derived into "Joffrey" or "Jeffrey," with "Jeffrey" being more common nowadays. I guess it depends on which vowel someone wants to make silent. I prefer the "Joffrey" pronunciation. It just sounds better to me. How about no! That dudes name is Geoffrey (Jeffrey). Geoff is never pronounced "Joff" these days. Its Jeff.
Dragoncat
How about no! That dudes name is Geoffrey (Jeffrey). Geoff is never pronounced "Joff" these days. Its Jeff. Joffrey makes me think Game of Thrones...and that character is a bratty spoiled inbred prince. Geoffery in FE is a noble, but he's not a brat and I highly doubt he's the result of incest. So I prefer making the O silent... Quoted myself cause...yeah. FE Geoffrey and that guy are two entirely different things... bottlegnomes
I'm with everyone on the Jeffrey side. Joffrey sounded so very wrong when I heard it. I'm okay with it in GoT because of how Martin spells it, but not with the spelling RD and PoR use.
-Cynthia-
My brain gives up halfway through Dheginsea's name and so I'm just like "Deeg".
Kon
I pronounce Geoffrey as Joffrey because it's what the narrator says and it's how the katakana is pronounced (Jofure) ~o3o~ For Dheginsea I pronounce it as Deh-gin-see-ah, though I have no idea if that's right ~o3o~
Dragoncat
For Dheginsea I pronounce it as Deh-gin-see-ah, though I have no idea if that's right ~o3o~ If you agree with the RD narrator, yes...
Kon
I tend to, yeah Tbh I couldn't remember how the narrator pronounced it since it's been a couple of years since I last played RD ~o3o~
Magical Glace
Dheginsea is Deg-in-see-ah to me as well. Also in the Jeffrey crowd. It's how I'm used to the name being pronounced.

Draco
Oh, also, I do Idoun as... Ai-dohn. Micaiah as Mick-ai-uh. Lon'qu as Lawn-koo. Dheginsea as Dayg-in-see-uh. Nergal as Nurg-all. oh and Geoffrey is spelled weird. Why would you have it spelled that way if you're not gonna pronounce is Gee-yoff-ree? but yeah I do it Jeffrey. RidellCrimea
Ilyana = Ill-ya-na L'Arachel = El-ra-shell Lon'qu = Long-koo Kjelle = Jelly (silent K) Lughnasadh = Lug-nah-sad Fimbulvetr = Film-bull-vet-tr Caeda = Kai-da Idoun = Ai-don (kinda sounds like saying 'I don't' in a British accent and the t is silent) I'm a shit reader, I know Edited May 17, 2015 by RidellCrimea
Rekt no Ken
Instead of Vaike rhyming with "rake" like it's supposed to, I pronounce the name as if it rhymed with "bike."
