Phantom037
Hoshido as the wealthy, peaceful country and Nohr serving as the poor, war-hungry country reminded me of the Thracian peninsula of Jugdral, with Kamui serving as Altenna and Garon and Marx portraying Trabant and Arione respectively. Has anyone else noticed this parallel, and do you think they'll pull off the two countries' relationship as effectively?
Book of Ereshkigal
A lot of people have noticed. A comparison can also be made to Rigel and Zofia.
DualMix
Hoshido as the wealthy, peaceful country and Nohr serving as the poor, war-hungry country reminded me of the Thracian peninsula of Jugdral, with Kamui serving as Altenna and Garon and Marx portraying Trabant and Arione respectively. Has anyone else noticed this parallel, and do you think they'll pull off the two countries' relationship as effectively? Coincidence? I dunno. I wouldn't pull parallels just yet though, since all we know is that Hoshido is a wealthy, peaceful country while Nohr is the poor, war-torn country. But so far, they seem to have similar if not exact base roots. And I don't think Altenna and Kamui are really close, as Altenna just went ape-shit after learning about her past while Kamui seems chill, especially since he can stay with Nohr.
