Aethin Posted June 17, 2015 Share Posted June 17, 2015 As I mentioned in a different thread: the only Hoshidan magic (呪 majinai) that we've seen named is Orochi's 鼠神・子 (soushin - ne): 鼠 means "rat," and is the character used to refer to the first Chinese zodiacal sign, the Rat. 神 means "deity" 子 is ne, which is the first of the twelve Earthly Branches. Each Branch corresponds to a sign of the Chinese zodiac, and ne corresponds to the Rat. So in short--yes, it seems that at least some Hoshidan magic will be based on the Chinese zodiac/Earthly Branches. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
