Translation issues aside, the two have a sincere intimate relationship with each other, Eirika is not Ephraim's servant, Ephraim was actually trying to comfort the at the time very troubled Eirika instead of exploiting her, and Eirika was allowed to dislike it having her boundaries ignored like that and Ephraim respected her feelings and let off her. That is not in any way comparable to the way the characters in If are dehumanized to act as dolls for Kamui to play with. Especially since Corrin can skinship with Sakura. His birth sister. Much like Eirika and Ephraim are twins. You'd be better off trying to defend Leif and Altena. It's just that Robin was changed to Daraen in the french version(in Europe in general apparently, baring UK), and I'm pretty sure they'll do the same thing this time around.
