Now that I've actually gotten a chance to play through most of the game, my end-game team is ending up to be much different than what I initially wanted (changes are in italics):

This last 16th spot will be either Saizou or Sakura!Gurei. Both are Elite Ninjas, so it'll eventually come to either stats or my personal preference.

I cut Takumi, Kagerou, and Oboro for Ryoma, Felicia, Jakob. Silas will now be a Paladin, Hana a Weapon Master, Subaki a Falcon Warrior, Orochi an Exorcist, and Syalla a Sorceror.
