Finally got around to it. Normal Manakete (M) looks like Morva and behaves like him, and furthermore, has 3 Mov for some strange reason. There's another with no map sprite until hovered over, with 8 Mov.

I'm going to guess it has the undead palette used by Morva in the final game. The boss Morva does indeed have 3 movement.

The unfinished one may have been for Morva's living/humanoid form. Its interesting to note that you never see Morva's map sprite prior to being zombified.

Fun fact: these Pirates will attack you, but only if they don't need to move to do so. Having an 8-MOV unit with something resembling bulk makes this map much, much easier! It's almost like it was designed for Seth to put in work!
