Is this even the right section?

Anyway, why not just make a staff e-mail for support questions? Other than, like, spam concerns.

I mean, it doesn't even have to be an e-mail - there could be an on-site form a person could fill out that would submit any queries in plaintext to a .txt/.xml file or an entry on an SQL table that can then be viewed on a page a staff member would have to log in to access.

The first is easier, but the second is pretty doable, too. As a band-aid, anyway.
