sirmola
You could give Sety fire/thunder magic if you want less evasion. I was trying to accumulate kills for crit. Also, is sety really any good with a physical dad? He only seems to get around 30 atk, so he relys entirely on skill procs to kill things. Noish might work, because he gives every relevant multi-hit skill, plus critical Edited September 1, 2015 by sirmola

Noish might work, because he gives every relevant multi-hit skill, plus critical Even with the 0% magic dads: Beowulf and Jamke, he is still going to have 15 magic. Just using lightning, which has a might of 14 giving him 29 effective damage and he will always have pursuit and continue, pretty much guaranteeing he will do 58 damage and giving him a little less than 40% chance to proc continue. Giving him any other offensive skills: charge or critical and the likelihood that he ORKO's most 2nd gen mooks becomes greater than 50%
Katie
Lewyn, Azel, and Claude. Everyone else kills their magic stat by giving them a piss-poor growth, Also, Lex is a terrible father for Arthur and Tinni. It is not an easy to acquire pairing and makes both kids suck combat-wise unless they have below half health, and even then Vantage/Wrath is an unreliable combo. Zasplach
Also, Lex is a terrible father for Arthur and Tinni. It is not an easy to acquire pairing and makes both kids suck combat-wise unless they have below half health, and even then Vantage/Wrath is an unreliable combo. Every single one of Tailto's pairings is slow and a pain in the but the acquire, minus Claude, so that's kind of hard to count against Lex. Besides, what is Lex really doing in ch. 4 and 5 anyway, all those enemies are a little fast for his taste. And the real advantage to giving them a Lex pairing is elite, because Serlis and Leif basically have a monopoly on the ring for the first 3 chapters, allowing them to get them to promotion and help them to do good things for your team (Arthur and his horse and Tinny with staves). The vantage/wrath combo will be useful for whichever you give tron to, probably Arthur and will allow him to be useful in the mid game, he's going to fall off at the endgame, but that's pretty much dominated by Holy Weapon users anyway. I think it's an overstatement to call it a terrible pairing.

Ownagepuffs
Levin!Arthur might even be the best unit in the game. We're still overrating this pairing in 2015. No way is Levin!Arthur > Seliph or Leif.
