If only someone would get a good quality icon of it because Serenes doesn't have this listed in the skill section. You use them to unlock characters you normally couldn't get. Like Pegasus Minerva, or Gordin (but who wants him). Also why did you put two completely separate topics into one wtf. Cuz, I'd like to use my Marth one that came in the trilogy pack. It has no download code on it. To make more use out of it so that I don't have to make another one. Cipher cards are their own card game, you get codes with the starter decks of series one and booster box for Lucina, Minerva, and Marth. I hope you didn't throw away the slips that came in the box/plastic, those are what have cards on them.
