Basically voice actors go through a difficult struggle to voice characters. They are given no context on the characters, story, mood, etc and sit for long sessions non stop. Everyone should be paid more for their work. Everyone. A large sum of the profits swim in the pocket of the publisher and distributor while the developers are usually underpaid. Unless you work in the programming apartment or designing apartment, your paid shall be shitty. The fiasco with Battle Fleet 2's developer is one of the examples.
