It's this game's version of a Blessed Lance and you can (at least, don't remeber when/if you can get during the story maps) buy it from a Nohr armoury shop starting at level two for 2200 gold. So how people do upgrade killer weapons? weapon DLC? I also think you can buy them, how then you would upgrade killer weapons for +7?!
