I'm doing the paralogue where you get Nina. Elise used up 2 freeze staves on her so she wouldn't escape while I took out the enemies, but after I killed the last one, nothing happened. The main site says "end of chapter", but when is that exactly? I'm afraid to attack her because I'm doing classic mode and I don't want to lose her. But is that what I'm supposed to do? Will she not die in this?

She won't die, but the game does a truly HORRIBLE job of conveying this to the player

You have to beat her the same as Percy, they don't die it is more like you have to knock some sense in to them before they will join you. I had to look up how to recruit them so don't feel bad the game does a horrible job telling you what to do.

It works just like Silas on Birthright, you defeat him and he joins.

With the lead up of how both Nina and Percy's paralogues work, it gives you the indicator that defeating them won't kill them, also when you defeat them they don't say their death lines.
