Pursuit allows the person with pursuit to make their follow-up attack regardless of whether the enemy countered and missed or not, as long as your AS is 5 higher than your foes'. (I.E, in a normal round of combat, You'd attack, then attack again, sorta like guaranteed Adept.) It gives Esteban somewhat of a brave effect, and he can ORKO almost everything. It's absurdly good. (He does get it at level 20, though. It takes him a bit. That said, I started using him in chapter 6, so it's easily doable.)
