MeddlingMage
Is it worth it to use Branch of Fates or should I just do the first six chapters again?
shadowofchaos
I'd you want to start a game on the same difficulty, yes. If you want a new game on a new difficulty, it's useless.

So would it be safe to keep the same difficulty just change the boon/bane and the secondary class around?
Augestein
So would it be safe to keep the same difficulty just change the boon/bane and the secondary class around? Yes. The only issue that I've noticed if Felicia / Jakob. It acts like they "died" in the earlier chapters when it gives you them back again if you switch genders. It can also help if you picked a boon/bane that made you have a terrible Corrin or Corrin just sucked in general for it. My Corrin had like... No defense gains so it makes for a really bad start. Shadow Mir
So would it be safe to keep the same difficulty just change the boon/bane and the secondary class around? Yes. That said, I wouldn't use it if Corrin got screwed during level ups during the first 5 chapters since level up stats are remembered.
Thor Odinson
I'd you want to start a game on the same difficulty, yes. If you want a new game on a new difficulty, it's useless. Addendum: it's useless for going up difficulties. Going down is fine. I used a Lunatic BoF to do my BR Normal Speedruns to make the Ryoma Einherjar for my Ryoma army. MapleRose
Also, if you used BoF, and you add the Corrin to your logbook after beating the path, it'll replace the Corrin from the previous path in your logbook. So if you want another Corrin for you log book and want to keep the previous one, then you'd have to start from the beginning
