Marcus goes to help Hector and kill the boss. Bartre kills 2 mooks at the bototm.Ch. 13 - 5/15Did a risky strat where Marcus went the bottom route instead of left route (stupid archer near the castle kept blocking Hector's way when i tried to go left). Bartre went left to kill a Peg and give Merlinus a visit.Ch. 13x - 7/22Bartre got speed. That's all that matters.Ch. 14 - 4/26Marcus went left to deal with the majority of the enemies. Serra recruited Erk once she could do so without getting hit. Bartre killed the soldiers near the start and killed a pirate (which Hector himself chipped one and killed the other).Ch. 15 - 7/33MOAR EXP! Also got the Mend staff by killing the Thief. Chapter 12 (7/14) This one took an extra ~3 turns because a bandit camped on a peak and laughed at me. Decided to use that misfortune to give Eliwood the boss kill. He responds with a +HP level :c Chapter 13 (7/21) Slow and steady wins the race...? Managed to recruit the killing edge Guy on the last turn after he crits Hector. Elipoop will appreciate the weapon. No stats yet because I'm lazy. EDIT: Yo why did I draft Eliwood so high? He's flaming garbage EDIT2: Chapter 13x (7/28) Typical defense map. Merlinus takes a few hits from a mage For The Boys. Eliwood does intense training on the bottom of the map and rewards me with another +HP level up. Hector is becoming a beast rather quickly, though. Chapter 14 (8/36) I'm dumb and the rain cost me at least 2 extra turns. Eliwood could've delivered me on turn 7 with a rapier crit but decided not to oblige. Chapter 12 - 7/16 Sent Hector right to deal with the pegasi while Mathew stayed to deal with any stray axe wielding buffoon. Maarcus got the secret book and then came to help fend off our enemies. Chapter 13 - 15/31 Marcus went down to clean away our annoyances while Hector went left to the village and take care of the enemies close the the gate. Mathew and Serra stayed close to Marcus enough for Mathew to recruit my Guy and for Serra to be at enough distance to heal when needed. Visited the South Village with Mathew while Eliwood directly went to the shop and armoury and did what he was meant to, service his masters! Hector ORKOs Longbow!Eubans with the hand axe. Eliwood's levels are finally getting better! Chapter 16 (8/51) Say what you will about my turncounts, at least I keep it consistent. Kent takes out his side of the map with minimal assistance from Sain. The boss ends up suiciding on Marcus instead of targetting Oswin like I wanted. Bye and thanks for nothing, Marcus. Hector take long time to find strat for 4 turn. Marcus need to kill a Peak Bandit and the boss with Iron Axe. Chapter 13 (5/15): Marcus carried Hector the bottom route, dropping him in Seize range on Turn 4. Guy went unrecruited. Dorcas got the top left village. Chapter 13x (7/21): Oh boy, a survive map. Got the village with Marcus, Oswin rescued Merlinus and meatshielded a lot, Hector and Dorcas got a few (mostly bad) levels. At least I get Erk next map and he can start the road to competence. Chapter 17x (5/69) Oswin snarfs down the knight crest and becomes untouchable. Everyone engages in aggressive self-improvement. Lucius gets defense on his first level :) Chapter 18 (5/74) Oswin goes right and laughs at the enemies on that boat. The rest of the gang heads toward the boss. Eliwood's support with Hector dropped the boss' crit to 7, which was nice. Kent picks up the boss kill. I really didn't mean to draft the "no luck" crew but I managed to hit the mid-game trifecta with Oswin, Lucius, and Kent (Lucius consumed the Goddess Icon.) Checking growths, it looks like Oswin just ended up being super luck screwed so far. lapismaid Posted July 25, 2016 Share Posted July 25, 2016 So it turns out I’m an idiot and sold the Lockpick during Ch 15 for some reason leaving me unable to use Matthew to get the Knight’s Crest. So I started over (not like I got very far), and I managed to make everyone just a bit more competent. Chapter 11 (6/6): Unchanged. Chapter 12 (4/10): Hector gets a way better level during the last turn now and Marcus critblicks the boss. Chapter 13 (5/15): Nothing really changed here except Marcus was on 1 HP going into the bosskill thanks to a combination of Guy critting him and everything else landing. That was pretty dumb. Hector also got a good level here countering some Archers on Turn 2 EP. Chapter 13x (7/22): You must survive! There’s really not much that changed here, it’s a survive map. Hector got like, 3 4% crits in a row and it was dumb. Also I'm bad at math and put 21 turns instead of 22 last time. Oh, I guess Bartre did die from a Nomad coming out of the fog, but who cares, he meatshielded well. It lead to Dorcas gaining Speed which is way more important. Bartre’s sacrifice will not be in vain! Erk manages to get a few kills for an HP/Spd/Def/Res level which is good. One of the Pirates is unable to be killed quickly enough and retreats into the ocean, forcing a 5-turn but allows me to buy a couple things at the shop. Chapter 15 (7/34): Yay, another Defend map! Erk gets some serious training in, by which I mean he tries to ORKO stuff before it 2/3HKOs him back. He does well enough though. Hector handles top right and gets buff. Marcus holds the front and allows Erk to kill some Mercs. Killed the Thief after he got the Mend staff. Chapter 16 (6/40): Whoo, Sain! He gets Speed this chapter! (only once, but hey). Erk eats the Goddess Icon (he relies on dodge-tanking the most out of anyone) then self-improves off some mooks in the middle, he and Dorcas open up by taking on the mercs and the Thief that start out south. Dorcas also ORKOs a peg. Marcus ferries Hector across the mountains through the north, plopping him down in front of the boss to Wolf Beil his face in for a solid ORKO and Seize on Turn 6. Erk gains some more Mag and Speed and Dorcas gains exclusively Speed. Pretty sure he ate Bartre’s soul or something. Lyn and the loser squad went shopping and bought one metric ton of Hand Axes and Javelins, since I always seem to under-supply myself with those. Fiora shows up and runs around like a lunatic, narrowly avoiding death on 3 different occasions. Oswin crits Uhai like an asshole and robs me of last turn experience. Chapter 19x (6/86) Quick sprint to the gate. I probably should've grabbed a flier at some point, but it is what it is. Oswin does his thing and Kent misses a sniper at 90 displayed, so no last turn experience there either :( Chapter 20 (6/92) The usual Charge! strat. Oswin doesn't really get hurt by anything currently. Unpromoted Kent can actually carry him, too. What a shame Kent has to promote soon. Darin gets ORKO'd by Oswin's steel axe, managing a tink in response. Legault gets recruited and snags the member card. Peppy Posted July 26, 2016 Share Posted July 26, 2016 Ch. 16 - 4/37 Sold Eliwood’s Rapier since I’ll never be using him. Bought some weapons and a bunch of Door Keys with Lyn’s group except for Sain. Sain distracted some Mercs and got the Heavy Spear. Hector rescued Marcus and Florina dropped Marcus off to cross the cliff near the start. Florina gave Hector to Marcus next turn and Marcus goes to kill Bauker while dropping off Hector in a safe place. Bartre killed 2 Pegs and a Merc while Florina killed a Merc. Ch. 17 - 13/50 Screw. This. Chapter. Didn’t get the Hero’s crest this chapter since Matt would have died by the reinforcements (I’ll get Oleg’s and either a second one at the desert or the Earth Seal). Florina didn’t ferry Hector that much since there was a torrent of enemies that Florina could not endure. Bartre killed the Chest Key archer on the way (gonna need this for important chest items). Ch. 17x - 3/53 Had to rig a miss from the Nomad at Damian’s group to pull this off. Florina made her way to Fargus. Got Canas for Secret Book and got some levels for the rest of my team. Ch. 18 - 3/56 Florina ferried Hector to the boss. Raven and Bartre kill the enemies around the right side. Got both the Longsword and the Red Gem. Got an undrafted to shop for supplies.
