Question about Eliwood + Ninian in Hector's Story

Can Eliwood get "A Rank" with Ninian in Hector's Story and get the ending variation where she stays and Nils leaves?

What happens to the CG then? In Eliwood's story, you get the Eliwood carrying Ninian CG. But in Hector's story, that can't possibly override Hector's own CGs after that scene, can it?

Hector gets priority and his CG gets displayed if he's paired.

If not, just the friendship CG.

Ninian does stay, though IIRC.
