Muriuki
Weeelp... Hello people ! When getting on a new forum, the introduction always is the part where I feel the most awkward... so... welp, let's do this ! •Muriuki 21 (turning 22 this november). Likes Japanese and spicy food, as well as flame roasted unicorns. Talks about food a lot. •Has played every fire Emblem game since Binding Blade, with the exception of the 2nd DS one. Kind of tried playing the first one but couldn't find a patch to play it in English. •Favorite (and first) FE Games are Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn ! Favorite Lord is Lyn •Before playing Fire Emblem, tought Marth and Roy were brothers. •Writes fanfictions but never finishes them. Loves to turn said fanfictions scenarios into roleplays. Roleplays a lot, manages a French Pokémon rp forum, and is working on a Fire Emblem one. •Did I mention I talk about food a lot ? Good, because curry is my god. •Tries to be funny but generally miserably fails. Is kind of an attention whore, so sorry in advance. •Colorblind but still messes with colors in images a lot and likes that. Favorite color is red but often mistakens it with brown or pink because of mentioned colorblindidness. Plays around with GIMP. •Signed up mainly because he saw a hack he downloaded from here (Requiem) being sold on Amazon and thought it was the easiest way to contact the ones who made the game. •Also, did I mention my love for curry ? Rezzy
Welcome, and how do you even sell a hack on Amazon? I thought you just went and downloaded them, but I'm not an expert. •Signed up mainly because he saw a hack he downloaded from here (Requiem) being sold on Amazon and thought it was the easiest way to contact the ones who made the game. Muriuki
Welcome, and how do you even sell a hack on Amazon? I thought you just went and downloaded them, but I'm not an expert. Pretty easy to do, you put it on a blank cartdrige, or erase the content of a cartdrige, and put the game on it, there are tools for that, et voilà, you have a physical copy of the game. There are also linkers, though, but it would cost you more than you'd get.

Muriuki
Bienvenue dans la Forêt de Serenes, Muriuki! Woohoo, ça fait du bien de voir qu'on est pas tout seul \o/ Yes, PLEASE contact whoever made Requiem ASAP! You can also PM ghast as well, since he's fairly active in that section. He's a cool guy. Have you tried making your own curry with an onion roux? Will do ! Yesterday ended up being busier than planned, but right now I should be able to. Also, no. I mainly use premade Japanese curry roux, my few attempts to make a decent roux have all up until now been failures, but I will one day manage to make a decent homemade roux è_é
eclipse
Also, no. I mainly use premade Japanese curry roux, my few attempts to make a decent roux have all up until now been failures, but I will one day manage to make a decent homemade roux è_é Alright, here's the basic outline of the recipe! 1. Mince half a medium onion. The smaller, the better! 2. Melt 2 Tbsp. butter in a skillet 3. Put minced onion into the skillet. You want the onions to become translucent and melt. Do NOT let them turn brown! This shouldn't take more than fifteen minutes. 4. Once the onions are translucent, add 2 Tbsp. flour to the mix, and stir well. 5. Once the flour is fully incorporated, add 1 cup water, and mix until smooth. Add more water if the roux is too thick, and more flour if the roux is really runny. 6. Add curry powder (flavor base), tumeric (color), cumin (body), coriander (more body), and cayenne pepper (bite, if you like your curry spicy). Taste as you go! 7. I've thrown other stuff into this sauce, such as apple juice, honey, ketchup, and soy sauce. . .but don't use too much of these! For example, a few drops of apple juice will usually be enough to give the curry a slightly milder flavor. It's been years since I've been able to make this, but it goes really well in a stew! If you just want a sauce to pour over your meal, you'll want to make the roux a little thinner. I hope this works~!
