Question about FE4 hacking

I've been messing around with Genealogy using Nightmare and a hex editor. One things that i've wanted to mess around with was static characters holy blood but, unfortunately, I don't know how to. In the hex editors i've gone to the place that I believe is where you'd edit the holy blood of these characters, but it doesn't work. I assume it's cause they're just completely fixed, but i wanted confirmation from people who actually know what they are doing. If it is possible to edit static character holy blood, I would like an explanation on how to do so. And maybe, if they exist, a link to nightmare modules for editing the static character holy blood to make it easier and quicker. Thank you ahead of time.

Can you be more specific?

What do you want to change?

Adding more holy blood to a static character like Sigurd, Lex?

Or change a generic enemy to static character so he can gain holy blood, like Chagall?

Yeah, what I want to do is change some character's minor holy blood to major holy blood.

I know many people found it to be outdated now, but there's a program called FE4Edit in which you can very easily edit ally unit stats, weapons, growths rates, holy blood growth rates, each character's holy blood, and even more! The interface is a bit old, but it's still perfectly useable in my opinion.

You can download it somewhere on Serenes Forest. Give it a shot! ^^
