Copy colors from existing mugs (from one game only) and it'll look a lot better. EDIT: A few more minor things. One thing I'm noticing is that many of your characters have abnormally long necks, especially the one on the far right, and the pegasus rider in the center. For the Lousie look a like, her hair just sort of stops where it looks like it should keep going. You can easily fix this on the far side by tucking that part of her hair behind her body, but you'll need to get more creative with the braid closer to the screen. For the second to last guy, a lot of his armor doesn't look attached to anything, like it's just floating there. That might just be a contrast issue.
