Steven Tyler
But my faith forbids me to go. :( Besides, I'm not scared easily. Hell, I would beat the crap outta the guy for scaring me in a haunted house.

Steven Tyler
I don't believe in haunted houses. Not Haunted Houses as in the crap you see in movies, the ones like in a theme park such as Six Flags. Dammit, the one chance I can hang out on my week off and I can't go! Steven Tyler
What is it about your religion that prevents you from going? Christians belives that zombies, the undead, witches, etc. are related to Satanic themes. Halloween as a whole is not celebrated by Christians. Of course, I do have common sense to know it's fiction and I shouldn't allow that crap to affect my mind. However some Christians don't have common sense (coughcoughPokemonGTAcoughcough)

Ha! Ha! Name the last Super Christian that was a hardcore fan of George Carlin! But seriously, despite me being 19 and making my own choices, going to a haunted house, my mom wouldn't let me hear the end of it! I think I got most of my Christian values from her, as well as my church I attend and volunteer at (let's just say . . .my other church, the family church . . . have some issues in the past that almost made me stop being a Christian). Anyways . . .I find it silly that Christians religious groups would blame FICTION such as Harry Potter, RPG games, movies, etc. for causing children and teens to not take a rightfulness path. Come on! It's FICTION!!!

You know, I only heard this from my pastors and such, not in the bible. I'll google this. Give me a second or two. Didn't Christians invented Halloween? Yep! It was originally called All Saints Day! Check it out here: http://www.christianitytoday.com/holidays/halloween/ http://www.christianitytoday.com/holidays/...tures/real.html Sorry for the biased viewpoints! I think it is because of this whole Pagan Vs. Chirstian bullshit that happened over 100 years ago is what causing all of this fear, you know. God, why can't people put things to rest and stop judging somebody because of their religious viewpoints? I thought God was supposed to judge hearts, not Christians. It doesn't, nor does it ever state that pornography is a sin, but many Christians deem it that on their own, the same with smoking, now, but Christians deem maaaany things wrong, that God never did.Didn't Christians invented Halloween? Phoenix Wright
Didn't Christians invented Halloween? No, but it was invented. Every single holiday was invented by man, Christmas is not the birth date of Christ, the winters are too cold. New Year's Day-XD, Our calendar is so off this doesn't make sense at all. Thanksgiving- Should be Thanks for Killing the Native Americans. Easter-Mostly true in my religion... Christmas- Just a made up holiday so gays could have sex with each other, and give gifts... No. Yeah-huh. Book of Revalation, it states that the sexually immoral, keep being sexually immoral. The way I see that is: Porn & Pornstars=Sin Masturbation= Sin Whore/prostitute/slut etc.=Sin Though we aren't perfect and GOD knows that already... :D EDIT: Christians in the olden times were SOOOO horrible I don't give a fuck what they say. Zanarkin
I thought they did. Anyways, I don't get this religion thing. It is not like you are going to hell or something. I personally follow god (I'm catholic) and they say many thing about what is wrong. But who cares if i were to follow it i would always be bored because i wouldn't have anything to do. So i just do what I like and the others can shove it up their ass if they don't like it!

That reminds of the Christmas show of the Boondocks when Huey told his Grandfather that Christmas was a pagan holiday were everyone went around having gay butt sex. I gotta find the video clip! It means you must become friends with our Holy Father God and at least try to be a good person. If you're partying every night, and don't ever read the Bible, how is that being friends with GOD? Its not, a lot of people believe that if they go to church and praise his name and do nothing else, they will go to Heaven, WRONG!! Also in the book of Revelations, it states....(Can't quote, I don't know the exact words) Men have appeared at this Gate and state they know me, they do not know me, they only know of my image. They have gone to church, wishing and hoping to be saved, yet have made no attempt to make friends with me.
