Sadly I can hardly make out much of the lyrics due to the singer's accent and because my hearing skill is quite aweful in general. Hero of the Fire Emblems Posted February 4, 2017 Share Posted February 4, 2017 (edited) This seems to confirm what I thought hearing the lyrics at first; it seems to be talking about the MUs and the fact they're reincarnations of each other as stated in the Japanese version of Fates ("Your spirit shall shine across the generations, now, and for all time" and the last verse seeming to be attempting to summon the player into Heroes like Anna does). it might be helpful still to translate the Japanese version with the above in mind to try and perhaps grasp what they're going for, unless they took a lot of liberties Edited February 4, 2017 by Hero of the Fire Emblems Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Makes it almost seem like the summoning is more of "resurrection" of dead heroes than simply pulling them from their timeline) The end is really near our reach -> The end is nearly in our reach (the "within" correction proposed by Luxian here doesn't really fit with what I can make out from the recording, since I definitely hear a "-ly" in there. But "really near" is just such a casual wording that it doesn't fit with the tone of the rest of the lyrics, so I'd have a hard time accepting that they'd write that.
