I have enough Feathers to promote Roy to 5☆, but not enough badges, and the only way to get them (as far as i can see) are through the Sibling bonds quest, and i don't have any of the focus units from that banner. Depending on the day of the week, the colour of the badges changes: on Tuesday: red; on Wednesday: blue; on Thursday: green; on Friday: grey; Saturday through Monday: random of the four. I can't remember what colours are what days, but they are given out periodically from... I think it's the sixth stratum up, but they're more likely to occur in the higher levels. Edit: Ninja'd... I recall getting them on a Friday. But then again, my memory has been wrong before for some reason. Since saturday should have a possibility to give you red badges, or maybe you completed a quest that gave badges while doing the training tower?
