TLSothe
So who here can and will actually vote? I know I already did. Sorry Lyle, I voted for Obama. So...I can, Lyle can, MaSu can, CGV can, Raven can, you can...anyone else?
Raven
I watched one of McCain's speeches. No wonder he's losing.
YokaiKnight
Millions of people followed Adolf Hitler. Not saying that Obama is Hitler, just saying. Didn't even take three pages, eh? Anyway. There've been a million things posted in this thread (on BOTH sides of the debate) that make me want to go beat the crap out of somebody. But instead, I'll save all those responses for after this post and express my support for the BOSTON TEA Party!

Knife
Sorry Lyle, I voted for Obama. Why would a former soldier vote for Obama?

Celice
So who here can and will actually vote? I know I already did. I didn't bother, knowing that California would sway into my vote regardless of my contribution. Propositions, I could care less about (let idiots figure it out for themselves, in other words). Knife
Obama already won. Sorry McCain supporters. I'm actually serious, go look on tv.
Wist
Oh, wow, I didn't know it would be that fast. I'm not a citizen so I didn't vote.

You gotta admit I had a point though, eh? :P Anyway, I'm worried. Not so much about Obama, but the fact that Republicans are getting shut out. The Senate and House of Representatives is all Democrats. A majority in all 3 is never a good thing for the US.
canas is back
Haha, I had forgotten about Godwin's Law. You gotta admit I had a point though, eh? :PAnyway, I'm worried. Not so much about Obama, but the fact that Republicans are getting shut out. The Senate and House of Representatives is all Democrats. A majority in all 3 is never a good thing for the US. which is the reason we had 2006

The Senate and House of Representatives is all Democrats. A majority in all 3 is never a good thing for the US.An understandable worry. Being basically without opposition makes things dangerous in a government like ours. I'm not Republican but I still see that there's a huge possibility for abuse when a Congressional majority can pass laws relatively unopposed. If anything, there's still the possibility of filibusters in the Senate, though in my eyes that's a bitch move for anyone to make. lol
