Corrobin
I have no idea what sort of fashion statement or eve purpose they're supposed to serve.

It's some kind of royal apparel, that's for sure.

badatfireemblem
cause he's a cool kid In all seriousness, it's probably there as some kind of evil looking accessory to make him look uh bad. That or it's a crown and his fringe is covering the front.
Dragoncat
Same thing as Camilla's cat ear tiara. A weird fashion statement.

Will Bill
It helps with his excellent voice acting, so he can scream UNCLE even louder
Totally Not Inigo
It's a fashion statement symbolic of Rigel's hardship. Also it's just there to make him look edgy because Fire Emblem logic dictates the bigger your headpiece is, the more important you are in the story. Hawkwing
I always thought it was based on Greek Laurel Wreaths, except Berkut's is made of metal or some other material instead of leaves.
Dandy Druid
Probably to make him more menacing. He would look like a KPOP boy band member without it imo. However, it seems to be a crown that Rigelian Royalty wear. It reminds me of the laurel wreaths the Greeks used to wear. Not surprising if that's the inspiration, since the game follows a Greco-Roman motif.
