Legendary Hero Weapon Refines

Siegmund and Flame Siegmund are two separate weapon skills. Same with the Sieglinde and Storm Sieglinde. Whether they can be refined or evolved as nothing to do with any other weapon skill's ability to be refined or evolved.

but that doesn't change the fact of what i said. 
Ephiriam can get Flame whatever. which means. OG Ephiriam and Legendary Ephiriam can get the same eff if there is a refine. 

Eirika can not.
(and i think its weird that she can't get Flame whatever either).

Eirika could be the exact opposite of Ephraim. Instead of getting something granting her stats from being away from someone, she could get something like "Grants Atk/Spd +6 when adjacent to an ally."

Already partly covered by others, but L.Ike is the only character who can have Built in DC + Radiant Aether + Special Spiral. Throw in the Breath of your choosing and it gets downright nutty how much sustain he can have despite his low Res stat. Starts reaching the point where you basically needs to 1SK him because if he retaliates he's going to heal most of it back every time. 

Now, the DC only prf weapons could probably start being looked at for minor refines, but as is L.Ike still has a unique build that nobody else can quite duplicate.
